A huge part of planning a photoshoot is WHERE you’re going to be photographed. It can be overwhelming trying to decide what you want to go for so I’ve made this guide to hopefully steer you in *a direction* visually for your photo session. Please keep in mind that the location does not make the session- I have shot in abandoned buildings and captured MONEY SHOTS.

Wedding clients- ALWAYS consider asking your wedding venue if you can do your engagement shoot there! They usually do allow this!
Rent a boat!! Get on the water! (I travel too so if you’re not trying to hit up Jordan Lake we can totally go find blue waters!!)



Your favorite date nights spot or where you first met! (This couple called up the bar they went on their first date on and they were more than happy to host us!)



Parking Decks (these are always unique fun shoots! Raleigh and Durham both offer several parking deck shoot opportunities)






Local Lakes (this specific one is Falls Lake but we also have Lake Crabtree locally in Morrisville!)



College Campus (take it back to where it all began!)
